If you used regular water to expand the substrate you will have to change it immediately and replace it with new that has been moistened with de-chlorinated water. Also he needs daytime temps 80° to 83° and night temps of 75° to 79°, but you'll want to hover around 78° at night. Humidity MUST be 75% to 80%. He also needs a day/night cycle of 12 hours of day and 12 of night and these frogs are nocturnal so they are active at night which is when you want to feed him. He is sick and very bloated. You will need to make sure that all water used is de-chlorinated from now on. So you must either buy all natural spring water or use a de-chlorinating agent like Prime or ReptiSafe when using tap water. DO NOT use distilled water or filtered water.

Yes distilled is safe for misting. Just don't spray the frog directly. Its impossible to not hit the frog with over spray, but that won't do any harm.
