My White's has always been brown, but yesterday I got him a new red bulb (50w) and this morning he was green! The first time I've sen him green since I first got him, so I think temperature may have something to do with it too. I've also recently moved him to a warmer, lighter room.

Nothing to apolgize about. I thought it was cute and funny. We have all made typos at one time or another, and sometimes they can be funny. This was one of those times. So thanks for making a "funny".

I second that theory because mine is always green unless I turn the red light off and leave him there for an hour or so or unless he climbs in the water.

During the day, one of my White's is always brown, but after dark they are both green. Its the opposite of my red-eyes, who darken after lights off.

That's exactly how my little family seems to run. Igby is always a bit green, and Kibbits is always brown during the day, but after dark, they are both green! And it seems like it's been that way since they were babies too. Interesting.
