Any advice? (I sadly don't have any vet that treat frogs)
Hi,
Sorry you little friend is sick. He does look thin.
It's best to get him to a vet and have a fecal done. They will check his stool for parasites.
Get him treated right away; and he will be ok! Keep an eye on his appetite.
Give him plenty of dusted feeders.
Has something changed in the enclosure, food, tank mate?

If you want to send me the city in which you live. I will find you a vet !!!!! because there must be one.
Simply contact a Sweedish herp association and they will help you.
Call a nearby zoo. Gotta do it ! Sorry
If he has parasites....he will be stressed.......not eat ....and , sadly, will fail to thrive if he is not treated.

Cover three sides of his enclosure , don't handle him unless necessary, and keep him in a really quite spot.

The shed: You could give him a honey bath/ he could be weak and was unable to push it off with the other leg.
I'm sure you know ......... not to try to remove it. It will come off with a soak.
