Default found a toad (?).. he's not looking too good..

let me start off by saying i know absolutely nothing about frogs or toads, i just found this little guy by my house and joined the forum to get advice. i found this toad (i think it's a toad..?) on my sidewalk about two weeks ago and my dog went up to it and it didn't hop away. he looked like he might have had a broken leg or something similar (but otherwise, normal). i moved him to a safe spot with moist ground and lots of bugs. he hasn't moved out of this spot for over two weeks now. he was hopping normally last week, but still wouldn't leave. i went to check on him today and he's totally bloated and his mouth is open, but still moving. anything i can do for him? i feel awful!
