Those frogs are really cool, Ashley. Good luck on your quest finding a female. Hopefully you'll end up breeding these some day. I wanna see your viv for them when it's complete. :P

I received some more frogs yesterday. I actually got some females! I asked for 4 females and 2 males if they could sex that many females. But instead I got 3 females and 3 males. Not bad at all! One of the males did look a lot like a female until he brightened up last night. The blue throats seem to really become visible at night time.

Here are some pictures I took this morning while they were settling down to sleep.

    Large Female

    Small Yellow Spotted Female

    Female with Yellow Speckled Male

    Yellow and Brown Mottled Male

    Yellow Male Camouflaged

Those are some really cool frogs. The second and third pic are awesome. Hopefully you have some success in breeding them now that you have some pairs.

Wonderful Frogs! I am currently raising a Leptopelis natalensis tad. I hope that your breeding efforts are successful. This is a link to a pdf about Tanzanian frogs. It contains some tree frogs, and might have some useful information. http://africanamphibians.lifedesks.o...ton_1991_1.pdf
