I do not, however, use the magnets. I silicone then to the glass with aquarium sealant. I did use the magnets when I first purchased them. I found that when I bumped them ( while cleaning) there was the risk of them falling.

They are super......The get the plants nice and high for the climbers !

They mention being willing to add extra magnets and also have extra-strength magnets available. Did you use either of these options and how thick is the glass in your vivarium?

they are wicked cool. you could probably also make those out of sheet styrofoam as well.

I did try both! I even added magnets.
I really worried about them falling- especially as the plants got heavier.
I ended up digging the magnet out and using the silicone.
The silicone really worked great. They are a super product.
I have exo-terra enclosures. I don't how thick it is.
I would have to guess................ the same as other aquariums?

BUT....it was the color I liked ( no paint) I have the "earth color".
I may get a price on a custom back for a dart enclosure I'm planning?
They are $$$ though So, we'll see.

It is a really great product !
Did you see the "dripper".
I'm sure we could all think of some way to use it in a frog's enclosure
Even the 'feeder" dishes would be great to blend in a soaking spot into a lower background area?

My head works a lot faster than my wallet !!!!

It is funny cause before we really got into all the frog products we noticed ours liked ledges and since we were so new at this we didn't want to spend a lot of money. Well we had a background piece that broke and we didn't like cause the frogs could get behind it so we broke it apart and hot glued (now will use silicon) to adhere them to the glass. And the frogs love them especially the back corners where they can hide. So maybe this might help anyone that has had background or styrafoam laying around. One word of warning (as a crafter I learned this the hard way) don't spray paint styrafoam it will melt.

I hear you.
My favorite thing ( besides the frogs, of course ) is to keep the plants!
The bigger the variety the better !
The planters are actually not very large, at all.
They could only be a very small part of a solid background area.
