    Shows just how aggressive they can be when they feel threatened. I believe those were C. Calcarata. Venezuelan Horned Frogs.

    I would kinda like to see my frogs do something like that. I guess they see snakes in the wild often

    Oh yes!! Some snakes become the frog's prey and some snakes become the predator.

    It would be interesting to have someone do a documentary of them in the wild so we can see exactly what they eat and just how they live their lives.

    Excellent video. Very cleverly made. I'd taken care of a northern spotted owl and it would do the exact same defensive displays whenever I get near him. But they so very cute and are nothing but bluffs and fluffy feathers, lol. In the video they made horned frogs appeared like grouchy babies, haha, really really adorable. Thanks for sharing this video!

    Its funny because that is exactly how they defend themselves. Owls in general and all Horned Frogs. Of course some species are more intimidating than others. My favorite Owl is the Snow Owl. Most beautiful in my opinion.
