i went to my local expo and they had the cutie lil albino for ten bucks and a tank thats 15 gal for ten buck so i had to get him his name is alby but when i got his tank set up he went under ground and hasnt surficed yet is he ok i got him on saterday my baby blue line never did this his temp stays betwen 78-80 his humidity is at abvout 85% all the time what could be wroung what can i change just want him to be happy and fat

15 gallons sounds too big if your frog is just a baby. Try putting in a small enclosure, a medium Kritter Keeper works. Also increase his temperature to 80 - 82 daytime, 78 nighttime. Since he is new, he also needs time to adjust. Unbury his eyes/head before trying to feed.
