it got awhole lot more depressing and sad Saturday night My selfish mother also Murdered Porter my Rescued Ball python I rescued back in 06 after my wifes stroke when we moved out to Humble,Tx from Houston. Two very gentle and sweet animals murdered so she can run the AC set to 55 YES even in this cold winter weather as I'm writing this the temp outside and coincidentally inside is 34F because she sneaks out of her room and turns the heater off when we turn it on(I've tried to bring all my children in our room where we keep it warm IT IS the only sanctuary in the house).she knows they can't handle these temperatures but she doesn't care. reason for this stupidity and needless loss of life She likes to sleep under 7 blankets plus a set of sheets and needs it freezing cold so she doesn't get too hot. Porter literally Died in my arms Atleast I was able to tell him I loved him and tell him Goodbye................shes also killed probly a dozen or so Parakeets/1 parrotlet,1-2 cockatiels,and a lovebird just so she can indulge herself with the rediculous number of blankets on her bed and not be hot at all other living beings expenses!!! anyway I buried Mr. Frog in my Angel Trumpets pot last night anyway ya'll take care,I for one have had two Very loved Pets that I now miss Dearly murdered for a selfish self centered inconsiderate persons personal comfort and this in 2 days time

Sorry for your loss. I suggest you don't keep animals that could die under these conditions, or move away from your mother.

Thanks everyone it's makes it easier knowing theres like minded people like me that can relate and understand how I feel....Frogs are not just Things they've got souls just like everyone else does. and Kurt I couldn't agree more with your statement about the nut job in the other room me and the wife whole heartedly agree she is the epitome of selfish and doesn't care if she hurts somebody for her own comfort I.E. Mr Frog and poor Porter IT WON'T happen again rest assured of that measures have been taken to make sure of that...
