Think I need a new lid...

So I was putting my bearded dragon in the bath and one of my firebellies (a male) was staring up at me from the floor! I previously had an over-side filter, but found them unreliable and changed to an intank. That left me with a hole that I used a generous supply of tape to cover. I looked at his enclosure perplexed as the tape was still securely in place. This guy is always escaping though.

What kind of lid is it? Does it cup over the edge, or just settle on the top? Does it have any sort of lock? Is the lid mostly screen? If he keeps escaping I would definitely blame it on insecure tape, but that's without much information.
