Hey, I can't exactly quarteen the frog as I don't have an extra tank, but I might be able to keep it in a tank for a day or 2, its very small, and would be a very boring life, as I can't keep him in there for long. What could I look for, I will feed him to make sure hes eatting right but what should I look at? to make sure hes okay. Now of course it isn't a 100 percent guarantee hes fine, but it will give me a better chance. The frogs at this petco have always been pretty healthy. Thanks
30 days is only a min ... many suggest 60 to 90 if you talk to actual breeders. Its not something that you will be looking for to show up right away. You need to watch over the 30 days there eating, climbing, bathing and pooping.. there weight gain or weight loss. Many frogs in a new home may not start pooping regularly until 2 weeks in. A large cricket keeper or small tank is safer than throwing the frog in with others and will reduce stress. let the frog calm down and get used to the surroundings and sounds before also giving it a new neighbour. There is nothing a few days is going to tell you... that you wont see at the store. And you are risking both the new frog and your others health if you aren't waiting...
