Feeding Clawed Frog Tads

Hello Everyone,

I am raising some wild-caught Xenopus laevis tadpoles, I think, there is also a faint possibility that they may be Xenopus muelleri. I have raised some of these tadpoles before, quite successfully, on powder-fine fish flake and pond sticks. What I would like to know is, what do other people feed their Xenopus tads? I'd like to try and offer them as complete a diet as possible.
