Need opinions (of sex and health)

I saw this frog on Craigslist and was considering getting it.. but only if you guys think it's a male and that it looks healthy. The fact that there are hydroton balls in his setup make me a little nervous, seeing as they could easily be ingested. I don't know if he feeds it in thetank or not, I haven't talked to him yet.

Frog Collection (Darts, Pixie, Tomato, Rain) I'm just posting the ad seeing as I can't get the pictures to work.

So what do you think? I'm just hoping it's male because I'd kind of like to hear one calling now and then, heh. I'm pretty sure I saw this same frog back in july at a reptile expo.. almost positive, this guy had him setup there with the same critter keeper, so the frog is atleast a couple months old.

just a guess but thats really the only thing u ca ndo till u hear it croak...but it looks lika femalish to me...very tiny looking head...but has early coloring so could be a possible male as well...leaning more towards female though
