We've had this little guy for about 3 weeks now in a warm water tank with about 15 other fish. Diet of bloodworms mostly and the occasional beef hearts.

I don't think a diet consisting solely of bloodworm and beef heart is good for these frogs. The beef heart is especially bad (fatty, causes heart disease). You may want to try to get the frog on a pellet based diet and use bloodworm as a treat. I mostly feed my frogs Reptomin and occasionally treat them with frozen foods and the occasional live guppy/molly.

For the past 4 days he has not been eating but remained active. Got home from work today to see he is not looking good at all. The webbing between his toes on the one foot is destroyed and it looks like one toe is missing a small piece and the nail.

He is also slightly bloated and a little blue on the bottom. What concerns me most is the redness between the hind legs and the slightly white scaly looking area on the skin.

He is currently still in the tank but isolated in a hospital container.

Have you tested your water, bad water quality is the root of most problems? What size tank? Is this frog housed with other fish/frogs? Is there anything in the tank that can hurt the frog? Sharp objects? Need more information.
