Default Lots of extra throat skin on White Lipped

My White lipped tree frog has recently developed (the last week or two) what I believe to be an excessive amount of throat skin. He/She is still a juvenile and it is my understanding that males tend to have an excess but I'm unfamiliar with this frog as a full grown adult and am not sure if it is normal or not. I have pictures below can anyone help?
