Default Calciworm UNDER toad lets skin!?

I'm new to the world of toads.. well not new new, but I've never really taken care of toads before.
Well I have three red spotted toad lets.. about the size of my thumb.. well the smallest one is pinky sized.
Anyways I have been feeding tiny crickets.. they got bigger so i moved onto small crickets an bought some calciworms for them. Because it said they were for toads and frogs. I fed some yesterday and they ate them.. then fed again today. My smallest toad ate a smaller worm , but the other toads didn't touch theirs so I gave them crickets instead.
Well just got back from work to see the small toad with a weird shape on her back - closer look and its the worm INSIDe her! It's still alive... The toad was fine.. but now she doesn't look so well.. Just sitting there while this thing is literally crawling around in her.
What the heck do i do?????????
I just have the feeling that she is going to die, because I think this thing ate through her.
I tossed out the worms- I'll be sticking with crickets..
Anyways she was never a good eater and never really grew at all.. so she was a defect to begin with.. but now this???
Anyways have any advice or anything? I've never heard of this!
