Tank size can also be a factor on mood and stress. The first terrarium I got was too small (pet store said it was fine) but I quickly upgraded and Frodo became more active and hungry. For a Whites tree Frog you want a 20gallon tall terrarium. Rule of thumb is 1 frog per 10 gallons but whites are bigger and need larger space...

You could try a natural honey bath with repti boost. I have read al ot about them helping with impaction and appetite. There are many posts on here with the exact method for this bath if you search it on here.

I wouldn't handle her too much the first while you have her an new move and environment can be stressful. Are there lots of climbing branches or plants? Any lighting?

Temp should be 80'F to 90'F
Humidity also in the 70% to 80% area.

Those 2 factors are huge in the health of any frog always have the right temp and humidity level its different for every species. (make sure your gauges are accurate)

Here is a link to the Whites care sheet on here it might help. Frog Forum - White's Tree Frog Care - Litoria caerulea

Hiya...thought maybe i shared my experience

Well my fren and i shared this 4 frogs...Whites tat is
It was cheap so we bag 4...now we regret it...because they are a bottomless pit
Forever eating and forever begging for food...

Well anyway, when we first got them, we put them into one of those square plastic containers with bright covers...over here we call it Guppy Tanks...because the brand is Guppy
Anyways...the frogs we chillin out inside the simple bare setup for a while...they will not touch crickets after they had Blatta lateralis
After a few days, i saw that 2 of them were always sittin and soakin at the bottom of the tank and i got worried as they are behaving oddly
They look really fat and fubbly and clumsy and we suspected something not right.
They were never like tat. I guess the stagnant water is bad even only just a day old...
We just took the chance, took all of them out and soaked them in fresh water...i even tried pushing them underwater...
apparently it worked well...they just started squirting out water and in a few minutes...they were back to normal cheerful and hungry as ever...
We did add a little stress coat anti chlorine...i cant remember the name...
The solution happen to be effective for me...but i dun swear that it will guarantee a successful outcome cause im no doctor

From that time onwards...no more crickets...just go healthy self cultured roaches all the way

Hope this help...by the way the 4 frogs are destroying their setup due to their heavy weight now...dropping all the plants we put inside
But they sing all the time...until we find it annoying now

This has been bothering me since I read it. I am glad that your White's tree frogs are doing better now but they are TREE frogs. They are not water frogs and should not be forced underwater for any reason. They could drown or get respiratory infections.
