If you raised a baby White's with a smaller, older frog at around the same size, would the White's try to eat it when he grows bigger? Also, if you set up a vivarium to happily house an arboreal frog and a terrestrial frog, would they get along?

yes it will more then likely eat it and you should also not house 2 different species together
Pretty much any frog will try and eat a smaller frog, yes even one of there own froggy species. So try to house frogs of approximately the same size and ALWAYS the same species. Do not mix species even if they are the same size.
No to hijack the thread, but I have an extremely related question. I plan on getting a second frog at some point (soon I hope) and my WTF right now is about 2 inches. What's the smallest size WTF I could put in with him?
when I was waiting for Sam to grow to be big enough to be put in with Frodo I was told the smallest frog should be atleast 3/4 the size of the largest.
