Gerty got a tad rambunctious this evening during mealtime. There was a cricket on the paper towel (I use white paper towels for substrate) . She pounced and tore that sucker off. However, I think ( though, it's hard to tell for sure) she got a bit of paper towel with the bug. This won't cause problems later on, will it? It was a little dinky piece about the size of a small cricket's head ( if she got anything there at all. I honestly can't tell if that's a fold or a bite mark... i'm not opening the cage to look right now. She's too hyper and the chance of escape is high. I'm not in the mood for a mad frog hunt.)
I have a frog. She's fat and green. Her name is Gertrude, because she is fat and green.
She'll be fine. Don't worry
As mentioned, she should be just fine if it wasn't a large piece.
