Three striped pacman, is it a fantasy?

Recently while I was at pet smart, I saw a pacman about 2 inches length and had 3 large stripes one down the middle and two starting in the middle going through the sides. Is that a fantasy frog, I tried to get a picture, but it was too hard to get anything good.

Nearly all horned frogs- except for Ornates- have one dorsal stripe and two lateral stripes. Stripes do not indicate a fantasy frog. We would need more description or best of all a photograph to be able to tell what species it is.
