Nice mike, I just have a quick question. I saw a male samurai at the taylor reptile show yesterday and it looked like the one in your second pic, except much more turquoise. This thing was priced at $300.. was that a fair price or high? He also had a lime green albino for $250, he said they were 2 years old, both male.

Also how did these morphs come about? Someone I was talking to at the show said that they used dyes on tadpoles in Japan to get some of these weird color morphs, but that sounds ridiculous.. I mean, if you breed these morphs the offspring would have the same colors right? Dyeing the frogs wouldn't change their genetic make up..

Very nice frogs mike, that fourth one looks great, I really like the second one too. I was shocked when I saw that turquoise one at the show, it stuck out like a sore thumb... I wanted to buy it so bad but couldn't afford it, plus $300 seemed kind of high.. then again, I don't know much about them.

The frogs are there own color morphs. No special color injections or any other color changing myths. The frogs produce many different colors and combinations. Just depends what they are bred too.

I paid $320.00 for the bottom right female that's a green color.
The prices are a decent. I pay a different price but retail for the public its ok.

Alright thanks mike. I think I need to save up some money in case I happen to stumble across something like that again. Even if I had that much money at the time, I probably wouldn't have bought because I wasn't sure if it was a fair price.. the frog was really good looking though, amazing colors.

I will have a peppermint line or pacman frogs by spring. They are a true blue color.
