I don't have a pacman, but from reading posts on this website I can take a shot (also, I would encourage you to keep searching the forum, you will find everything you need.)
Pacmans need high humidity levels, it is a good idea to saran wrap 80% of the lid and leave 20% open for ventilation. If you're using an under tank heater be sure to attach it to the side of the tank and not the bottom. A pacman will burrow over the warm spot and end up sitting directly on the glass for hours at a time causing a burn. Reptiles and amphibians cannot tell when they are getting burned, so they don't move when the heat gets to be too much sometimes.
You should use a dark background on the back and sides of your tank to make your pacman feel more secure.
Always dechlorinate your water.
Feed crickets & roaches. If you want you can give a pinkie mouse every couple of months. Too much and your frog will get fat and unhealthy.
Give your pacman things to hide in or behind in different places so your frog can choose which spot he likes the best.
Good luck!
