    You MUST have a firm hold while moving your frog around especially when over hard surfaces. Keep your hands low while holding him soIF he gets away he doesn't have so far to fall. They are tough and can handle a lot, but you MUST handle and move them with caution.

    Also, leg problems can be caused by a variety of things. It could be from being dropped, a previous injury that never healed right, a defect that occurred when the frog morphed, or calcium deficiency... And like Ra said, it is common for them to stay burrowed. It would be helpful if you could post pictures of videos of the frog.
