Take the poop and place it in a Ziploc bag with cotton balls dampened with de-chlorinated water and place it in the fridge. You need to have a fecal exam done ASAP. Constant soaking and runny stool are signs of a Protozoan infection.
Have his poop tested and let me know.
HIS DUECE is hard which was the one i was talking about above honestly i love my frogs but i am in a lil pickle at the moment and i dont even have a pot to piss in...
And what is Protozoan infection?
Have you been giving him vitamin and mineral supplements?
Yes i have, i know he is impacted but he is pooping little pellets a little bit bigger than a marble that are hard i just soaked him in warm water i herd you can soak them in warm water with a little bit of honey? is that true? any more suggestions i have been trying to feed him earthworms to help pass the food inside of him but he won't take it so i am gonna let him go without food for about 5 to 7 days till he is ravines if he does not eat right then i know i got a problem but any help will be great.

Yes you can soak him in a bath with 3 to 4 drops of honey dissolved in the water. You'll still need the water to be warm and no deeper than below his chin. Pour some of the water over his back and vent while he bathes. Soak for 15 minutes and as the water cools prepare a second warm bath, but just water and soak for another 15 minutes. Pour some over his back and vent again to rinse him off.
Try and find some Repta-Aid(Repta-Boost) and prepare a bath of warm water a little less deep than his chin. About chest level is good and place 2 scoops of the Repta-Aid(Repta-Boost) in the bath and stir. Once the bath is kind of milky looking place the frog in and bathe him for 20 minutes. Pour some o this solution over his back as well. As the water cool prepare a plain warm bath soak him again to rinse the Repta-Aid(Repta-Boost) off to prevent bacteria and fungal growth. This one should be 15 minutes. It is also better if you get some Unflavored Pedialyte and place about half a cap full in the bath.
Both of these baths will provide a slight energy boost, but the first is for impaction and lethargy. The second bath I mentioned will assist in hydration, impaction, and provide much needed electrolytes, vitamins and minerals. Give these a try and see if there is any improvement.
Protozoa are single celled organisms that are in water and if the frog is exposed to dirty water and unclean conditions say like before you got him. He could have a protozoa infection which usually causes funny stool and sometimes blood in it as well. They're a parasite.
hm you got me really worried here, as mine is not himself lately, pretty much like Tim described, frog is eating, but not a lot and I haven't seen his poop, but water usually is totally dirty after he sits here longer, I'm changing it at least 2x day for a few days now. probably that is what runny stool looks like.... a question - that should I take for a fecal exam? there is no poop really, water/poop mix sample? i don't really like vet way to obtain sample in no poop caseit will stress him out a very big time.
he was eating crickets before, not interested now, but will take some nightcrawlers but only from a water, not sure how much vitamins and ca are actually getting into his system.
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
