There's not a certain amount of flies when it comes to Darts. Just dump a lot in and watch them consume them, lol. If there are some left over - then wait until they are gone before feeding again. I have 4 Santa Isabel froglets and I feed them every day to every other day.

I've read about 10 melanos per 1 gram of frog. Adults can weigh 7 grams, froglets around 1 gram. Very active and growing frogs need more. As long as you don't add so many that they stress your frogs out and there's not alot of strays the next day should be fine.
I realize you didn't ask about supplimenting, but wanted to mention you should be dusting your flies a few times a week with vitamins and Calcium D3 or an all in one like Repashy Calcium Plus.

Basically what everyone else said, just remember proper supplementation! I dust every feeding rotating through a variety of supplements. If you do not they will end up with deficiencies and serious problems will arise!

Calcium being one of the most vital. Check out joshs frogs.com
I use there rep-cal producs and repashys superpig
