Post a pic or two of your vivarium.
Also post what substrates, type water, and what plants are in the tank.
Temps and location of tank may also help.

also size of tank... for you want a min of a 20 gallon tall. Rule of thumb 1 frog per 10 gallons.
holy cow thats a sad story. i cant even think of what it could be to be killing them overnight. If you say the temps and humidity are right I dont know what else it could be. If it was substrate, I would think it would take a while for impaction to happen. If it was the size, it wouldnt kill them overnight. My female was kept in a 5 gallon for over a year before I bought her. Shes fully grown and about the maximum size of a female and is fat and eats great. Do you know what line your frogs are? I know they can be sick ahead of time or be field collected and really stressed out from the move. Im so sorry to hear your frogs keep dying.
I would stop adding new frogs to the vivarium, there is obviously something going on if 5 frogs have died.
Perhaps one of the first ones had a disease and your tank is contaminated?
I personally would throw away the current enclosure/contents and start over.
What type of water are you using/how are you treating it?
Did you use soap to clean (or how did you clean after each death)?
What items do you have in the enclosure and where did they come from? (outside, pet store, etc.)
Do you have one of those puff air fresheners or any other way for chemicals to be in the air around the frogs?

I would guess something along these lines if you say everything else is right. Even if the tank is diseased, I dont know of a disease that would kill everything overnight. Sounds kinda strange.
