After the gecko incident I moved my last frog to a different tank and noticed that it had small red bumps just like a toad except for the leopard frog like appearance with spots.Any tips on what it is?![]()
A photo would probably be a big help. Details on the origin of your frog/toad could also be useful.
I couldnt find a camera and google doesnt have any pics so heres a regular leopard frog baby
just imagine this with ALOT less spots and light brown no ridge and small red bumps.
It would still be much easier with a picture of your critter.
Does it have a large bump behind each eye? Dry bumpy skin? Stubby back legs? I've attached a pic of a juvenile American Toad for reference, but please note their colours and pattern can vary greatly, and you also have a nice variety of toad species where you are.
I'm assuming your critter is wild caught from Oklahoma? If so, here's a list of potential candidates https://www.google.ca/search?ix=aca&...oklahoma+frogs
that looks like him except without the red bumps.
lol, you might as well stop posting google image searches. If you can't provide a picture of your frog no one can ID it. Sorry.
I think it looks like a frog and toad mix in a way because of the bumps and its HUGE appetite but I doubt it is.Its problably a baby leopard frog with something wrong![]()
