Night crawler feeding amount?

I have started to feed my frog night crawlers, but I do not know how much is a proper amount for feeding. My frog is currently about 1.75 inches and i feed it about 2 pieces which is about half a night crawler, and it wont want anymore pieces. Is that enough or too little, because my frog would be eating 5-8 crickets vs what i think is less food in night crawlers.

They are pretty good at regulating their food intake and Night Crawlers are way more nutritious than crickets that are gut loaded. That sounds like a good amount to me. You can always offer a third piece and if he takes it, fine and if not then that's fine too. Just give him what he wants each night.

well my frog ate 4 pieces of night crawlers and 1 cricket last night, he almost ate an entire night crawler, I am not sure why his appetite is varying so much. Could this be the start of a growth spurt?

Possibly. Their appetite will also vary from day to day too and won't always eat the same amount.

hmm today i could on feed it one piece of a night crawler, and it missed the night crawler about 4 times when trying to eat it. My frogs appetite is changing by the day it seems.

This is also fine. I offer daily because if they're hungry they'll eat, if not then that's ok too. Whichever you would prefer.

IT is back to one piece of worm a day it seems, just the frog hasn't pooped in like 3 days and ate a LOT 3 days a go, so that must be the reason
