So... I started to notice these light green spots on my frog not too long ago. Recently they became bigger, but they seem to be coherent with the rest of the skin in terms of texture, so I'm not sure if it's just some sort of pigmentation.
Whatever it is, I just hope to find out if it's benign or something that needs to be cured immediately :0
Btw the little pinkish bit at the tip of his snout is just due to him knocking against the tank, hence causing a sore. It's healing so that's nothing to worry about hehe :B
Thanks everyone!
Sanguine,
Sorry your frog is ill.
Both the breakdown in the nasal skin and the spots need a vet's attention.
A "hospital tank" should be used until the frog is better. Using this smaller ( very clean tank has many advantages).

If you do not have a herp vet nearby ( able to care for frogs ) here is D Frye’s contact information. And a list of common “medicine cabinet” supplies that should always be kept on-hand when keeping frogs.
