please can someone help me ive asked this before but i need help

hi ive asked this before but no one really got back to me with my last message so im desperate to find out what this is on him and if its okay or not.

his had a swollen throat or lip for now 4 days not going down at all, and ive never heard him croak, it didnt look to bad the first time i took the photo but the last night it freaked me out as ive never seen this before on him. he also looks a bit uncomfortable and very scared of me to touch him.

he still eats but doesnt really like to move around much anymore. so what could this be? is it just him wanting to mate? or is it something bad?

i would take him to a vet but where i live they dont treat reptiles. so yeah im stuck not knowing you can say i stress alot about my pets because i just want them happy and healthy so please please can someone tell me whats really wrong with him. thankyou soo much.

I am not sure, but if you've never noticed it before than it would be important to have it looked at. It's hard for me to tell in these pictures. Do you see any head or neck wounds? It could be inflammation but there would have to be a cause.

thanks for your message kristen, oh wow really didnt know there was one in vic , i live in geelong vic but the only thing is i cant move him without stressing him out his a very scared little guy so im stuck and they wont want to come out to see him so yeah this website is like the only thing that can keep him alive (well hope so) thankyou so much your very kind to offer this, wish he was more human friendly hehe thankyou kristen

thankyou for all of that kristen, but sadly he passed away today which im very upset about, he was starting to look real good too but sadly not yeah so lost my boy but thanks for all of your help.
