Cleaning white spots on glass

Hi peeps.
How do you clean white chlorine spots on the glass of the terrarium?

I use R/O water or distilled water and a razor blade. I've heard lemon works well but I wouldn't use on an inhabited tank.

If u have the cleaner comet. Worked really well for me last week. Just need water and something to scrub with. My aquariums are spotless now
