Whats up every one

Hello, my name's Robby. Just figured I'd find a forum to join since i'm fairly new to have frogs. Me and my girl friend both love frogs so for her birthday i decided to get her 2 green tree frogs and a small house gecko just looking for pointers on how i could get these two frogs to breed and how to tell whether there female, or male.... lol. I do not breed my frogs so I don't have much to add here, but I'm sure others here can help you. I do believe you'll need a nice rain chamber. Good luck!

I do have one small recommendation... if the gecko is living with the frogs he should actually be in his own tank. Although, this could be fun bc you could build another . Mixing species is not recommended. Each species has their own protective secretions which can make the others ill. It can also create stress among both species. Just a little fyi .

Welcome to Frog Forums Robby, Heather knows her stuff. Might be a bummer having to seperate them but like she said it could be harmful for them both. Might be fun to build another terrarium anyway. Have fun with your new frogs. I'd dime in on breeding them but I know little about them. I'm sure you can find some guides here on the site or from users who are familiar with them.

Ah ok then, when i get this new tank ill keep him in the small one. And yea so far i've learned alot from these forums, and yea i plan on building a new terrarium for the frogs. So far that was my favorite part since i really didnt buy any thing but the cage lol. Any recommendations on what i should add into it? Im thinking of a water fall personally lol. But here is the two cages im looking at right now. Cant decide which one i like better
