    Hi Rae,
I'm trying to get an idea of the viv from the photo you posted, it looks like it's a 33 long? Not high? If that is so, you'd want to upgrade the enclosure, even if you had only one white's. The enclosure in the picture is dirty, yes (but that can be cleaned), more importantly, it doesn't look tall enough. White's like to spend time up high. You could get a zoo-med or exo-terra enclosure measuring 18x18x24 high (29 or 33 gallons? can't remember) and house 2 white's in that quite comfortably. White's need bunches of room. They can get quite large, and they love to jump around at night.
As far as rain water, I personally wouldn't use it for white's. You're better off using treated tap water... just my opinion.

OR, you could convert the viv in the photo to a tall viv by getting a conversion kit....

That has been the million dollar question lol. I had asked if a 33 gallon.. Exo Terra 18x18x24 was big enough to house both of the whites.

    Yes!
An Exo terra 18x18x24 IS big enough for 2 whites, but not 3!! Provide plenty of climbs, plants, etc. so each can stake out their own spots... Also, be sure the water source is big enough for both to fit in at one time.
Of course, bigger is always better when it comes to white's, so you can't go wrong with an even BIGGER enclosure. But I feel that 2 would be comfortable in that size enclosure.
