Hi I am planning a pacman frog later this week and I had a few last minute questions.P.S. He/she is around the size of a golfball.
1.How often do I feed him/her crickets?
2.How much crickets do I feed?
3.What tempertures do I keep him at?
4.How long should he/she be in quaratine?
5.Would a ten gallon tank be ok for him/her for life?
6.Should he/she have a waterbowl?
Any help would be appriciated.

1. They say the rule of thumb is every 1-2 days until the age or 18 months.. then its 3 to 4.. apparently.
2. A few at a time, 2.. 3... depending on what they'll eat I suppose
3. It should be tropical.. around 75-85 F
4. I am not sure... I would say a couple days or so..
5. They say its fine.. definately good for a tiny one to start...I would go bigger, but thats just me. I like to give them room regardless if they sue it or not. They say you shouldnt cause the large space can stress them... so its a toughy...
6. Definately. If its an ornate, I find they soak more than Cranwellis. You most likely have a cranwelli... I would guess so yes a water dish, but it must be very shallow and not too big. They cant swim.
Hope that helps. I'm no expert... but I do have some of my own andthose are my answers.. lol
I will just add to the following answers from cvBon:
1. The frog should be near adult size in 5 to 6 months so you can slow down the feedings then - don't have to wait 18 months.
2. Use the 15 minute rule - as much as the frog will eat in 15 minutes.
4. Quarantine is really only necessary if you're going to put the frog in with other frogs (don't do that, please) or in a "frog room", etc. Most people quarantine frogs for about 30 days.
