If he is eating and thin this is most likely why.

It is a must to remove the substrate and clean thoroughly. I'd use a hospital tank for 5 weeks. 4 weeks of treatment and one week after to monitor.

If you have a vet that can do a fecal examination without a check up i would also go that route. Any vet around my area required me to bring the frogs in for a check up which costs a ton of money then wanted even more money for fecals examinations on top of that. With Dr Frye i just mailed it in and they called me the next day with the bad news.
