skull shape.. its hard to explain.. but after looking at thousands of froglets nightly over the last few years... I can give a guess sometimes, and I'm usually right if I guess... male or female.. if I'm on the fence then I'll say I'm not sure.. but this one looks female.

Ok, thanks Ivory. I was kind of assuming my Green Cranwelli was a female based on it's head shape, too.. Just from comparing the way she looks to the other female pictures I've seen around this site. I really hope it is a female.

I know what Ivory II is talkin about when it comes to skull shape. Its probably a female based on its snout shape. When I got my albino female I could tell right away based off of that alone, even though it was "technically" too early to tell. Its at 3.5 inches (around) now while my other frogs of the same age are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. Their snout slope down significantly more also, plus they have been croaking, have loose dark throats and toe pads...which i didnt think happened so early.
