Seems like a cranwelli to me, cute frog!
A 5 gallon should be ok, a 10 is more than enough. Large tanks can actually stress out smaller frogs, so I wouldn't I bigger than a 10 for now.
I can't quite tell the sex yet, but if it's a male a 10-15 gallon will be fine, a 15-20 for a female.

Be sure to treat his water and keep the temps around 80 during the day, 76 at night, and humidity around 80%, use a calcium supplement every other day and a multivitamin every week and you should be ok!

Can we get a picture of his enclosure?

    Nice Cranwelli.

Try not to handle him. They become extremely stressed from frequent handling. Babies should be kept in medium to large critter keepers because large spaces overwhelm them and cause stress. Also large enclosures make it difficult for them to capture their food.

you could get a small critter keeper and place it inside the terrarium you have. In a month, if you feed your frog right, it will be big enough for the 10 gallon.

Cant tell gender yet at that age.

Haha thats a cute frog its to young to be determine if its a male or female wait 6-10months / on tank 10 gallon is good for the rest of its life with coconut fiber substrate have a water dish that it can soak in have fake plants if you want the habitat to look nice dont use moss. Feed it cricket main source you can also feed it earth worm 1pinkie per month 4 goldfish per month and mealworms for me mealworms is backup if i dont have time my ornate pacman has no problem with eating alot of those digest easily but some might say its bad cause of the hard shell of the mealworm. so that gl with yours

This thread is over a year old... please start a new thread (button located above the Pacman forum title) instead of bumping up a old one with a unrelated question. The answer is yes though, they can reproduce in captivity if that is what you are asking... The search function on here is great and I suggest you use it next time as you can find many answers through it!

So tonight i had to take ribbit back... he was sold to me with a broken leg..... he was walking fine but today he wasnt putting any presure on it and had it tucked in uderneath him. He also hadent eaten since i got him due to the stress and the leg. I took him back and got a bigger guy but doesnt have the red on him... so not as nice. But i love him non the less. His name is dozer because the first thing he did when i put him in the tank was hop over to my bambo plants i have in there and knock them over. As well i fed him and he ate right away so i am happy!! Pics to come soon!!!

Aww I'm sorry to hear that man, that sucks. Ribbit was a very cool looking little frog. Hopefully everything will be OK with Dozer, it's good to hear that he's eating right away.
