The term Albino means that the animal lacks ALL COLOR PIGMENTS which these frogs do not. The pink or red eyes means nothing in this sence because they still have pigments of color in the skin.

If it were to be a large amount of dark color pigments then why is there none present?
Nevermind this post. I just realized that I'm getting the words mixed up. BAAAHHH!! I just got home from work and last night was really late.

Anyway, the term being Albino for these frogs is still wrong because albino means white and devoid of color pigments, but not all white animals are albino.

Thanks Ra for realizing my misuse of the correct term Lol!
