Two things are a very VERY BAD idea here. First you should never EVER feed your frog while it is on moss unless you are tong feeding, BUT even that is not safe with how much moss you have in with your frog. If the frog accidentally ingests the moss it may become impacted and die. Moss poses a serious impaction risk for frogs especially Voracious eaters like Pacman Frogs.
Second gold fish are bad feeder fish and carry disease as well as being heavily fattening. The substance that makes them gold is actually bad also. Mollys, Guppies, and Minnows are best.
Your frog looks healthy nonetheless, but be careful.
Grif pretty much hit the nail on the head here

That chemical (Thiaminase) causes a really nasty fatal neurological disorder in garter snakes, so I've never even thought about keeping them around as food. Is there anything documented about the effects on frogs? Just wondering if it caused a specific disorder like it does in the snakes.
Well, Grif and the others seem to be saying what a lot of other people have told me, which is that it is not safe to feed goldfish to pacman frogs. I have, however, come across other books and people that have argued the exact opposite, which is that goldfish actually are a good food for pac man frogs...This video was made when I first got my frog, before I knew about this whole debate about feeder goldfish. I now stay away from goldfish, as I think it is better to be safe than sorry.
About the moss as substrate, my frog has never swallowed any of it; he always pulls it out of his mouth. From what I've heard, gravel is what can cause impaction. Anyway, I am going to clean my frog's tank and fill it with eco-earth later on today, as it is time for the monthly cleaning.
