I can't tell you if it's too cold without know the temperature. These are tropical frogs that require tropical conditions - that means moist conditions and warm temperatures (25 degrees C or greater, 77 F+). It sounds like you are keeping him in water. These aren't aquatic frogs. He needs a proper substrate. Regarding fish, live fish pose a very significant parasite problem - I hope you are not using live fish. Fish are not a natural food for these frogs. Try feeding the kinds of foods listed on the African Bullfrog page (linked on the left of every page of this site) - Horned/Pacman frogs have the same diet.

My pacman is only eating every couple of days. When he is full he just won't eat. The pet store says this is normal for a pacman to eat every 2 to 3 days. He looks happy and healthy so I guess he's doing ok. I would feel a little better if he would eat a little everyday but I guess pacman's don't do that. If it is longer than 3 days that he isn't eating he may be too cold. It should be in the 80's in his tank.
