    Default new giant pyxie

I just purchased a baby giant pyxie and i was wandering how much should they eat. I had a pacman before that wasnt anywhere near as an aggressive eater. This youngster ate 9 crickets around 3/4 inch this morning and i think it would have ate more.

Feed him daily once a day, and feed as much as he'll eat in 15 mins.

Pixies eat a bunch. Nine crickets isn't much of a meal for a frog that size. You might want to throw in some nightcrawlers or something larger. Welcome to the forum.

the general rule is to feed as much as they can eat for 15 minutes. In this case you would have to feed everyday. I mainly feed my juvenile nightcrawlers first and then crickets afterward. he has a harder time gobbling the nightcrawlers so sometimes it takes me an hour to feed him. I feed him every other day
