American toad with smooth brown lumps on body

Thank you for replying. These are what the brown spots look like. There home is bedded with aquariam rocks. He is eating and pooping, but does not seem to be fond of soaking. I put him in the water bowl in the tank and he trys to jump out. I keep the temperature in the 70s, and usually feed them superworms.
