Default Fire bellied toad climbing up glass

We have three fire bellied toads set up in a 29 gallon tank. One of the toads goes back and forth across one of the sides of the tank trying to climb up the glass wall. Sometimes he makes it to the top of the tank. Is he unhappy or is anything else wrong with him?

Thanks for answering we just moved to flagstaff from phoenix and we don't have air conditioning anymore. I was thinking they were trying to climb on the glass because it's a little warmer and more humid in the tank.

Yea this is normal. I have one that will climb up the waterfall to the top and then jumps from here into the water.

hahaha there was one night where 1 of my 3 FBTs would climb up, jump off, and then climb up again. I watched him for an hour constantly doing this. I think he gave up trying to get out, or got tired.

I only have 1 that climbs. The other 2 just swim for 99% of the time

I recently moved my 5 guys into their new habitat and was puzzled when I couldn't account for one of them. It's heavily planted and I searched and searched until I notices a leg sticking out from the TetraFauna filter/waterfall/stream. I took the top off and sure enough there he was, he likes the moving water of the stream and I guess that he was checking out where it came from. lol. It's not like he doesn't have five gallon of pool area to lounge in.

Thanks for all of your input! I suppose I'm just frustrated because we have all of these cool plants and things that I want them to climb on and all they're interested in is the stupid glass. haha
