How long are they from tip of nose to their hind-end? How old are they?

On first glance they all look female to me. These frogs aren't supposed to look like balloons - I am guessing you are feeding them on an unsuitable staple food.

The instructions your using are NOT healthy. This is a poor diet these foods should be fed occasionally.

Welcome to the Forum. You have the potential for some really nice look African Bullfrogs. However, I have to agree that your diet for them is less than ideal. They may like the foods you are feeding them, but it is very high in fat and low in good nutritional value. I am not sure what you have available where you are, but if you could switch them to worms, gut-loaded crickets and gut-loaded locusts, your frogs will look and be healthier. A diet high in protein will ensure your frogs a long and happy life!! Best of luck to you and to them!
