Hi everyone,
I'm thinking of introducing some live plants to the tank where my White's lives (about 20 gallons). The problem is that the frog is rather fat and looking around at the store I didn't see anything that looks like it could support his weight. What are some sturdy plants he could sit on? I heard bromeliads are a common choice, but...I don't know...they look pointy. Is it really all right to have a frog jump on them? It looks like it would hurt!
Thanks for your time : )
I think sturdy branches and one or two big leafed plants for shade are whats usually used for big Whites.
i use snake plants, pothos and a bird nest fern in my tank. they both seem to like the snake plant a lot
Definitely Snake Plant, Pothos, and add in Bromeliads :-)
