what do you want to know exactly? they need UVB, high temp basking, low humidity with access to water, excellent ventilation, smooth branches of different size, plants. They also love company of their own species, but have to be able to find their own space within enclosure if needed, thus it has to be big enough, they more of a reptile then a frog when it comes to husbandry.

i guess i wanna know what kind of enclosure should they be in (screen or sealed?). what should there basking temps be, what should there cool temps be, how low should the humidity be?

enclosure - 20 gal for 1 or 2 minimum, screen cages are great, but exoterra glass are fine too as long as it is big enough and you don't cover top totally with lamps or stuff. I would use 18x18x24 for 2 waxys. they need vertical space.
humidity - ideal 10-20%, absolute max 40%, but can be misted once a week or so at night and always have a water bowl, they go to soak at night. declor. water have to be changed every day.
there should be branches on all levels with one under basking lamp where temp should be about 92, night 85-86. They are really hardy frogs, won't really complain with temp drop to 80 or a bit lower once in a while and will tolerate temp 95-96 under basking lamp, if it's too hot they will just find cooler spots on a lower branches, I also find that they have their own preferential spots to sleep and preferential temp.
I'm using uvb + basking for a day, blue heat lamp for a night.

when you have it watch for a color, happy frog will sit on a branches and be bright green or apple green, olive or dull - sign of a unhappy frog, but not necessary sick one.

the best i can do now, they are sitting right underneath of basking lamp and the branch is at the very top of the tank, i don't really have any pcs of the whole thing sorry.
but whatever you'll think of will do - some plants, some branches of different diameter on top, in the middle and bottom, leave some open space between branches for them to wander, they have very long legs and move like monkeys. I have one branch by water bowl, they love to sit there after soaking, no substrate -they don't need it and this way it's make cleaning easier, i have felt carpet, it is green and looks nice.

ok thanks. and i know you said no substrate but in my own personal opinion i hate using carpet, tile, paper ect so i mite go with some dry bark or something along those lines or even leaf litter over the bark. and i dont plan on getting any for a while so i mite just play around with an enclosure and see if i like it
