Not able to find poop

I havent found poop in my frog cage for almost 3 days now. The problem is when i recently changed the habitat, i didn't have a mister at the time. I had to pour water, but the environment got muddy, and still is muddy. The frog might have pooped but i am not able to see it. How do i know if my frog pooped or not?

Not sure if someone said this already, but they tend to change a spot after they poop. I mean, I wouldn't want to sit in my poop, either.
