Would a pacman be okay if you left it for a few days?
I wouldn't be comfortable with leaving it for a few days if it were my frog. I have to mist the tank several times a day to keep the humidity up, so I know things would dry out really quickly if I weren't here to do it. Do you have someone you could trust to look in on the frog while you're gone and take care of water/misting/feeding/etc.?
If everything for the frogs foo.ate was controlled and automated you could for a couple days, but the frogs water doesn't change itself and food doesn't just appear in the tank so you may want to find someone to care fro your frog while your away.
If you deepen the substrate, make sure its moist, and cover most of the lid with plastic wrap, a couple days won't be a problem at all. If the Frog is healthy.
Its certainly not going to starve in two days, considering an adult female can go seven to fourteen days between feedings (if they are fed a substantial meal).
The big concern is keeping it moist.
Clean everything right away when you get back.
How big is your frog?
Depending on the size of the frog you could potentially teach it to find it's crickets in a glass bowl, and leave a few in there for him. However, if the crickets get out you may have some babies in your substrate in the future.

I don't have a frog yet, I just wanted to make sure I thought of everything before getting one. Last time I rushed into it, and got wrong information and it didn't end well.
Ah. Good to see you're preparing. We pack ours up and take them with us and all that they need, or only go away for the day. A frog sitter would be wonderful.
