Below are our current (non-frog) pets and those who have passed on...




Current:


Daisy
One year old Maine Coon mix. Found on the side of the highway as a kitten after being abandoned (was in shock and bleeding) but we nursed her back to health.




Hermes
One year old Siberian Husky. Adopted from two friends of ours who could no longer take care of him.

Rest In Peace:


Oscar & Lola
Given to us by a friend who passed away not long after. She had them for a year and we took care of them for 3 after that (both passed last month.)




Iggy
Purchased at a flea market in 2004. Given ill information and didn't do our research; he ended up escaping 7 months afterwards.




Camo
Purchased at a convention in 2006. Didn't do as much research as I should of, he ended up being blinded by a cricket in his cage a few months after purchase and had to be put down.





We have learned a lot over the years on the proper ways to raise various animals as well as how to educate ourselves further than what's been handed to us. Definitely will take those steps here and learn as much as possible before adding my beloved frogs to our family.

Lovely pictures and beautiful animals People make me sick I can't fathom how a person can just abandon an animal like that..

Thanks! We were so sure she wasn't going to make it. But she did and she's doing great today (actually up on the bed with me now as I type, lol.) She's an inside cat but insists on following us every time we go outside
