What is the tempertures in which the frog is being kept? Also keep in mind most frogs do not need to eat everyday.
Hi,
I'm a new White's tree frog owner. Actually, I got the frog for my daughter for Christmas to keep in her college dorm. However, we are having problems with her eating. I got it for my daughter because I heard it was hearty. She ate crickets for about three days and now has not eaten for the last four days. The lady at the pet store says she is resting (not hibernating, she used another word), but I'm concerned that the frog is ill. Any suggestions on what to do? She also is not moving much.
Thanks for your help,
Brenda

Her temperature is 70 and we mist her twice a day. We put at least one fresh cricket in per day, but she is not interested. She just sits there like a blob. How long can she go without eating?
A week easily. Bring the temperture up to around 80. Also, if you haven't done so already, read the White's article. There is a link for it on the left hand side of this page.
